A cycling tour at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains, where we will pedal and breathe in the full lungs of the pure air of an untouched park, we will visit monuments of historical and artistic interest of the beautiful Tolentino, famous Marchine Thermal Spa in the valley of the river Chienti and we will relax all inside the green reserve of Fiastra that surrounds the Abbey of Chiaravalle built by the Cistercian monks in 1142. A Cyclotouristic Tour dominated by Art, Culture, History, Nature and the Good Life of the Marche Region.

VIEW ITINERARY

DAY 1

You arrive at the Hotel Horizon, technical briefing and shopping tour around luxury brands outlet nearby. Back to the hotel to relax in SPA and Charm Beauty Farm. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.


DAY 2

Breakfast at the hotel and departure toward the beautiful Piazza di Tolentino along the flat road that leads us to the slopes of the medieval castle Pallotta di Caldarola, we continue for Lake Caccamo, passing through the Rocca dei Varano until we arrive in the historical center of Camerino, home of the important University. After visiting the historical and artistic beauties of Camerino, we continue to Castelraimondo, stage of the Tyrrhenian Adriatic ride in 2018, where we can also visit the Torre del Cassero. We continue through the beautiful medieval village of Gagliole until you reach San Severino Marche, art city with art galleries, antique palaces and exhibitions of all kinds. After a lovely visit, we set off a slight climb to Serrapetrona small village situated on top of a hill, famous for its typical Vernaccia wine. From there the game will be easy, a sweet and fascinating descent will bring us back to Hotel Horizon for rest, dinner and overnight.


 DAY 3

Spirituality and Ancient Villages and … on the road … visit Pollenza and Chiaravalle Abbey of Fiastra with wine tasting at Urbisaglia. After a nice breakfast we leave from Hotel Horizon and, warming the engines in the plain, we head to Pollenza with the beautiful old town and the important Abbey of Rambona and famous for antique shops (Marinozzi Andrea). We continue and after several climbs we come across a real green lung on the Chiaravalle Fiastra Abbey and Nature Reserve. Pedal after pedaling here we find ourselves at Urbisaglia famous for its excavations and archaeological sites of the Roman era. From there a charming downhill road brings us to the beautiful village of Loro Piceno famous for its cooked wine, we continue for Colmurano, Ripe San Ginesio, San Ginesio, from which you can admire a breathtaking panorama of the sea of the Marchigian hills. We continue for Camporotondo and go back to Hotel Horizon for dinner and overnight.
