An elegant gala dinner with refined flavors, music and entertainment awaits you to celebrate the end of 2024 memorably. 

The GALA DINNER will take place: 

On 31st December  - 8.30 p.m.

At the Mediterraneo Restaurant on the first floor of our hotel.

Starters

Steamed prawns, pomegranate seeds and chestnuts

Prosecco marinated anchovies, marinated yellow pumpkin and wild rocket

Terrine of courgettes and baked scampi au gratin

Lentil, cuttlefish and clam soup with rosemary

 
First courses

Passatelli with white seafood ragù and lemon powder

Hand-rolled tagliatelle with mazzolina, squids, green tomatoes and basil

 
Second course

Grilled lobster, fennel and olive salad and mandarin mayonnaise
